Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using the Google Trackify application ("the App") provided by Warewe Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Google Trackify is a Shopify application that enables merchants to connect their stores with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4. The App provides:

• —Google OAuth Connection: Secure connection between Shopify and Google services.
• —GTM/GA4 Injection: Automatic GTM container and GA4 script injection into store theme.
• —Conversion Tracking: Server-side sending of purchase events to Google Ads API.
• —Analytics Dashboard: Sales, buyer, and product analytics.
• —Multi-Market Support: Per-region tracking configuration overrides.

3. Eligibility

You must be a Shopify merchant with an active store to use the App. By using the App, you represent that:

• —You are at least 18 years of age
• —You have the authority to bind your business to these Terms
• —Your Shopify store is in good standing with Shopify Inc.
• —You have a valid Google Ads account

4. License and Restrictions

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your Shopify store.

4.2 Restrictions

• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• —Use the App in violation of Shopify's or Google's terms of service
• —Send fraudulent or misrepresented conversion data
• —Resell, sublicense, or distribute the App

5. Fees and Payment

Google Trackify is currently offered as a free application. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Any future paid plans will be processed through Shopify's Billing API.

6. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstallation, your license terminates and data deletion begins within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WAREWE CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
